Frequently Asked Questions about FlyteFlex
What does FlyteFlex do?
FlyteFlex is built to give your knees targeted support exactly where they need it. The graduated compression wraps around the joint to add stability during training, sport, and everyday movement, while the full-leg fit supports your quads and calves too. Most people reach for FlyteFlex when they want to move with more confidence, feel more stable under load, and stay comfortable during and after activity.
What activities can I use FlyteFlex for?
Pretty much anything that puts your knees to work. It's popular for running and jogging, gym and strength training, HYROX and high-intensity workouts, court sports like tennis, basketball and volleyball, football, cycling, and hiking. It also works just as well for everyday support — long walks, days on your feet, or simply moving more comfortably when your knees need a helping hand.
How should I wear FlyteFlex?
Slide the sleeve up over your foot and position it so the knee opening sits centred over your kneecap, with the anti-slip cuff resting on your thigh. You don't need to wear it all day — put it on when you want extra support during activity or recovery, and take it off when you don't. Simple as that.
How long can I wear them at a time?
For most people, 2 to 6 hours at a stretch works well — through your warm-up, session, and cooldown, or during recovery afterwards. You can wear them longer for everyday use as long as they stay comfortable. We recommend taking them off periodically to give your skin and legs a break.
Can I wear FlyteFlex under trousers or jeans?
Yes. The sleeves are thin and low-profile, so they sit comfortably under loose or relaxed-fit trousers and jeans without bulk. Great for wearing support through the day without anyone noticing.
Can I wear them while sleeping?
Some people do, but comfort varies from person to person, so listen to your body. If you have a medical condition or you're recovering from an injury, we'd recommend checking with your doctor before wearing them overnight.
My measurements fall between two sizes — which should I choose?
If you're between sizes, go for the smaller one. Compression sleeves are meant to fit snugly, and the smaller size gives you the supportive, stay-in-place fit that makes them work. Check the size guide and measure the widest part of your thigh before ordering to be sure.
How do I wash FlyteFlex?
Hand washing in cold water is best, but you can machine wash on a gentle cycle too. To keep the elasticity and compression intact: lay flat to air dry, don't tumble dry, don't iron, don't bleach, and don't dry clean. Treat them well and they'll keep their shape wear after wear.
