Shipping policy
We value convenience and a smooth customer experience. That is why we work together with several logistics partners, such as PostNL, DHL, Peddler, Cirro, B-Post and Colis Prive.
Delivery
- Netherlands: 7-12 calendar days
- Belgium: 7-12 calendar days
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped the next day from our international distribution centres in Asia.
During periods of high demand for the products, the processing time may take longer. This applies in particular around holidays such as Black Friday.

Worldwide shipping
At the moment we only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. Would you like to have an order shipped to another country? Feel free to send an email to help@playbino.nl, and we will look at the possibilities together.
Address details
Always check during checkout that all address details are correct. In the case of incorrect or missing information, we have to stop processing and contact you until all the information is complete. This may cause your order to be delayed.
Track & Trace
For all orders, you receive a confirmation by email when the order has been placed, and another email when the order has been shipped (check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find it). In it you will find the Track & Trace link, which allows you to follow your parcel.
